The kids started off the summer with a bang! First things first they set up a lemonade stand complete with cotton candy, and snakes to show off. They have been dying to pull out the cotton candy maker that Grammy gave them for Christmas all winter. With help from the neighbors and a little practice they actually made some decent cotton candy.
Since we live too far off the road and, the girls attempt at making the boys stand on the road with a sign was a bust, we called the grandparents to come to the lemonade stand. One customer made it worth it for the kids, and Preston was happy to stand on the road since he found himself a new pet while he was out there.
Welcome back summer time, oh how we've missed you! Here's to many more lemonade stands, late nights, roasting smores, baseball games, four wheeler rides, canal swims and sandbox days! Bring it on, we are ready!!!
